FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FAQs

Got questions? You're not alone. We've put together answers to some of the most common things riders ask us—so you can feel informed, confident, and ready before booking your Ducati in.

  • Do you work on bevel drive Ducati models?

No. We work on Ducatis from 1990s onward.

  • Can you reset the service or maintenance light on my Ducati?

Yes, we can reset service indicators, oil change reminders, and annual maintenance lights as part of your diagnostic or scheduled service on most models up to 2024.

  • Can you update the service on My Ducati app?

Unfortunately, we are unable to do this as this is a dealer-only function.

  • Does Duc Lab work exclusively on Ducati motorcycles?

Ducati is what we live and breathe however we are open to working on other makes and models. Our philosophy extends to all motorcycles and Ash is more than happy to discuss what is possible.

  • Do you offer a Loan bike option for customers?

Not yet, however, this is a priority we are working on to ensure accessibility for all customers.

  • How often should I service my Ducati, and what are the recommended service intervals?

Ducati recommends servicing at regular intervals based on mileage and time—usually every 12 months or 12,000 km, whichever comes first. Oil and filter changes are typically due yearly, while valve clearance checks and cambelt replacements are scheduled around the 24,000 km mark (model-dependent).

Your model may have specific needs, so we tailor your service schedule accordingly. At Duc Lab, we help you stay ahead of wear and tear with reminders and expert guidance based on your riding style and service history.
